Match Overview
- Shoot 5 tables of 5 pins from 25 feet. Only $10 for all 5 runs.
- 4 of your 5 times will be averaged for final score. Fastest average time wins.
- Pins must fall to the ground to stop the timer.
- Iron or optic sights allowed.
Firearm Categories and Pin Placement
- Centerfire Handgun – Pins will sit 2 feet from back edge of table.
- Pistol Caliber Carbine (PCC) – Pins will sit 2 feet from back edge of table.
- Rimfire Handgun – Pins will sit on back edge of table.
- Rimfire Rifle – Pins will sit on back edge of table.
Shooter Starting Position & Ammunition
- Shooter starts at low ready with muzzle resting on table.
- Shooter starts with a maximum of 8 rounds in their firearm.
- Shooter is allowed one reload of a maximum of 8 rounds.
- Firearms must be unloaded and holstered or cased.
- Magazines or speed loaders may be preloaded.
Firearm Handling & Safety
- Firearms must remain unloaded and holstered or cased until the “make ready” command.
- Firearms handling is only permitted on the firing line or in the safe area.
- Handling a firearm anywhere else will result in a match disqualification (DQ).
- Safe firearms handling is required at all times.
- Any person may call a cease fire.
- Any firearm/ammo combination deemed unsafe by the R.O. will not be allowed.
- Eye and ear protection is required.
Additional Information
- Sandoval Sporting Range membership is NOT required to participate.
- Shooters may enter more than one category.
- Most matches take place on the 3rd & 4th Saturdays @ 2 PM.

Sandoval Sporting Range is located 2 miles northeast of Sandoval, Illinois or 8 miles west of Salem at Exit 116 off of I-57, and just north of Highway 50 and east of Highway 51.
