Bowling Pin Shooting Matches at Sandoval Sporting Range

Join us for an exciting pin-shooting match held most 3rd and 4th Saturdays at 2 PM at Sandoval Sporting Range. For just $5, shooters will engage 5 tables of 5 pins from 25 feet using various firearm categories including centerfire handguns, rimfire rifles and handguns, and PCCs. Four of your five timed runs will be averaged for your final score—fastest time wins!

Participants must follow strict safety guidelines, including starting from low ready with limited rounds and allowing only one reload. Safe firearm handling and eye/ear protection are required. Sandoval Sporting Range is a private 20-acre facility in south-central Illinois with handgun and rifle ranges up to 275 yards. In order to use the range, you must either be a member OR be a participant at any of the numerous open competitions and friendly matches that are hosted throughout the year by the club.

Sandoval Sporting Range is located at 863 Range Road in Sandoval, Illinois. It is 2 miles northeast of Sandoval, Illinois, or 8 miles west of Salem at Exit 116 off of I-57 and just north of Highway 50 and east of Highway 51.

From Sandoval: North 1 mile to Range Road, then East 0.6 mile.
